About me

 I started coaching with the goal of helping individuals reach their full potential. What better opportunity could there be than to give something back for the knowledge and experience that I have collected up in my 35 years of leading and developing teams.

 I have collaborated with amazing people globally in small and large teams, through operational and strategic agendas. With those experiences I have developed a good understanding of what enables people and experienced the potential of great coaching in action.

 Everyone has the potential to soar, to exceed even their own expectations, with a little support, a gentle nudge, or a confidence boost.
